Multi-family Rental Lawn Makeover

Having had the previous natural lawn damaged by a tenant dog, in an effort to reduce monthly water bills and contracted maintenance expenses, our customer chose to convert to a synthetic grass lawn at their multi-unit rental property. Utilizing the popular Leisure 50 product our customer and their tenants are pleased with the improved space to enjoy for years to come.
