The builder of this luxury new build home trusted Synscape because of our access to the highest regarded products available within the synthetic turf industry and the training our team has to execute at the highest level. It was an absolute privilege for Synscape to complete the lawn overhaul at the iconic G.D. Loane House. One of Kelowna's most recognizable and iconic heritage homes now has a beautiful lush lawn. Our customers struggled to revive the previous lawn which had been a maintenance nightmare without adequate irrigation. Having seen the craftsmanship and quality products used to construct the large putting green build at the neighborhood Capozzi Family heritage home, they knew who to trust with transforming their front lawn.

Our customer came to us to take their space from dusty gravel to lush greenery and that's exactly what the Synscape team did. With no backyard access, this project was a challenge that required some creativity. Utilizing a conveyor belt system, we managed to make doable work out of logistically challenging space.
